PCP RIFLE TUNING

Basic tune starts at $249 and includes:

*Strip the action, examine, and clean

*Loose or ill fitting parts are tightened and adjusted

*Machining errors such as marks or burrs are removed

*Any damaged or worn O-rings are replaced and properly lubed

*A new hammer spring is selected to suit your rifle – for power adjustments or if needed

*The ends of the hammer spring and firing valve spring are de-burred and polished

*Transfer port is modified/tuned to maximize/minimize air flow – for power adjustments or if needed

*Pellet inlet or lead in is polished to minimize damage to pellet as it enters the barrel

*Check the barrel is aligned correctly and make sure the barrel is secure

*Examine the barrel crown and repair/re-crown if necessary

*Adjust the trigger and reduce the side play – if possible

*The regulator is serviced, the regulator pressure is set and tested – if required

*Make sure the gun is in good working order

*Included is a work sheet with a list of the work that has been done for the tune.

CUSTOM WORK

Custom work includes regulator installations, barrel crowning, custom parts, custom machining, parts design, etc. We are equipped with a 3d printer to help us design parts and make it into reality. We have a full machine shop. And we also have local cnc shops in our area that work with us.

CUSTOM WORK SHOP RATE: $120 / HR

CLEANING

Heavy use in the field or need to put your gun into storage? We will take apart your action from the stock and delicately blow dust and grime from the surface and hard to reach areas. Then we will apply a very thin layer of oil made for air rifles and give the rifle a nice protective coating. We can also do barrel cleaning using materials that will not damage the inside of your barrel or rifling.

GATHERING INFORMATION

Don't have access to a chronograph? Wish you knew how your gun performs? We can test your rifle for power level and also check accuracy of your rifle at different distances. If your gun has a regulator we can tell you what the pressure is set too. We can give you an average reading of your trigger pull using a Lyman trigger gauge.
